We obtain the opinion of Solicitor/Insolvency Practitioner/Barrister on what are the main threats for you personally.

We give you options on how to either avoid them or defend them.

We could offer you alternatives to a CVL

If you still want to go ahead with a CVL we can introduce you an Insolvency Practitioner that has been given your details and has accepted our analysis and will agree to accept our solution if the outcome means any Directors liability.

You then can enter in to a CVL without any sting in the tail as all has been agreed at the start.
